Author Ken McElroy has over twenty years of experience in all facets of the real estate industry, and is a Principal and Co-Partner of MC Companies. He has senior level experience in areas including development, construction management, investment analysis, multifamily property management, client relations, and acquisitions and dispositions. In just the last two years he has purchased over $300 million in real estate, and today he shares his tips for success with investors through various types of media and conferences. He hosts WS Radio’s Entrepreneur Magazine’s Real Estate Radio program once a week, where he interviews real estate, legal, and financial experts. He is a member of the Entrepreneur’s Organization and Arizona’s Chapter of the Entrepreneur’s Organization, of which he was the President for a while. McElroy has also served as an advisor to Robert Kiyosaki of The Rich Dad Company. The two have authored some real estate related audio programs together. Ken and his family live in Scottsdale, Arizona, where he is active in serving his community. He has served on the advisory boards of the Child Help and AZ Food Banks organizations. Through AZ Food Banks he helped conduct the largest food drive in Arizona.
